Great Horwood Church of England Combined School Where children learn and grow together


We currently have a vacancy for a class teacher at Great Horwood School. This position would suit an NQT and is a fixed term contract until August 2019. We would be looking for a January 2019 start.

Working Hours – Full Time

Salary - Main Pay Scale M1

About the role

This position is a flexible position with some classroom responsibility and some teaching in year groups across the school to cover for part time teachers. The position would suit a newly qualified teacher who is a good practitioner and who has the drive and ambition to become outstanding. The candidate should be fully supportive of the strong Christian ethos of the School.

  • You will have the vision to lead and coordinate curriculum subjects now or in the future ensuring a rich and varied curriculum for all pupils.
