Reading & Writing Workshop on Monday 21st October, 2024 5-6pm

and hopefully

Mrs Holland will be sharing tips on supporting your children as they learn to read and write.  We will do all the teaching but there are so many ways that you can help your children.  This workshop will be informal and a great opportunity to ask questions and learn about emergent readers and writers.  

 

It's Autumn and that means Apple Crumble time!

The Gruffalo Walk at Thornborough Infants on Tuesday 24th September, 2024

We travelled to Thornborough Infants School on a minibus and when we got there we set off on a Gruffalo Trail.  We followed the Gruffalo footprints behind the church; through the field of sheep; over a stile and beside the stream.  Along the way we met The Owl, The Snake and The Fox...and, of course, The Gruffalo!

After our Gruffalo Trail we returned to school for a drink and a Gruffalo cupcake!  Thanks to all the adults at Thornborough for a spectacular afternoon.
